‘Pandanus’ is well respected as one of the best beach front blocks in Peregian Beach, featuring the perfect North/East aspect for our climate - with soothing sea breezes, ocean views from the ground level and the sounds of the surf to put you to sleep at any time of the day or night.
The manicured private beach access track will have you on the beach in just 70m, to salute the sunrise, jump in the ocean with your board, a swim after breakfast or just play in the shallows with the little ones. The moon rises from ‘Pandanus’ are just as special.
The grounds have plenty of our coastal native Pandanus trees, providing shady havens and the opportunity to put your feet up, relax and maybe have a kip with the additional sun lounges provided.

The split level home lower level features seamless indoor and outdoor living with triple tinted glass and screen sliders, opening out to the covered patio and hammock swing. Also on this level is the master bedroom with Queen size bed and spacious ensuite.
Four steps up to the top level provides a second lounge area with lots of comfortable cushions to relax with one of our books or magazines. This area is lovely and spacious with the large dining setting and serviced by a modern kitchen. There is also a glass slider and screen out to another covered balcony which invites a beverage and conversation at any time of the day or night.
This level houses the second bedroom with Queen size bed and the main bathroom. The third bedroom bunk room has a Queen size bed with king size single bed on top and king size rollaway under, together with TV and sea views through the aluminium louvre windows.

If you love live music, on the second Sunday of each month Peregian hosts the Peregian Originals where musicians perform their own original works in the beachfront park. This park is also home to many a children’s birthday party, sunset drinks or BBQ meal.
Peregian beach is patrolled all year round and is loved by swimmers and surfers alike. Average winter water temp is a mild 22 degrees C!
