Newly renovated with granite counters, designer finishes and fixtures, wide plank oak floors, and sound-deadening drywall on all shared walls. The living room is one of the best places in the house to truly unwind and relax after a long day hitting the slopes or wandering around the city. Outside, there is an XL newly rebuilt deck with comfortable furniture to relax on, a Traeger grill, and a view of Peak 8, making it the perfect place to host a cookout for your friends! Enjoy the private covered garage to store all your activity gear, or just keep your car dry from the snow. The owners have spared no expense in offering an updated and fully equipped home for you to enjoy during any time of the year.

Walk to ski/ski-home (approx. 161 yards to lift) and walk to the shared indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub at the Upper Village Clubhouse (open Ski Opening until ski close and Memorial Day until Labor Day, a five min walk from the condo). Walk to the heart of downtown Breckenridge to find shopping, restaurants, bars and more! There are a couple of museums totally worth the trip, such as the Mountain Top Children's Museum, which is the perfect place to take your kids, the Summit Ski Museum, Barney Ford House Museum, and more!
