The house is only a three minutes walk from the village centre. It has an independent entrance leading through a side passage with steps. It has a private terrace, an internal courtyard with a water tank, and two parking spaces, one sheltered with a wooden roof.
Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper and soap, as well as the final cleaning are included in the price.
As a welcome gift, we’ll be glad to offer you some typical Sardinian products and beverages.

The house is spacious, bright and furnished with tasteful decor. The two double bedrooms have stunning views of the Balbacana mountains and sorrounding countryside , and there is also a little living room. The open plan kitchen has a table for four people, a fireplace and it is equipped with a gas stove, sink, worktop, microwave, electric oven, toaster, kettle, moka pot and a very spacious fridge. Both double bedrooms have an orthopedic bed measuring 160cmx190cm. The main bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables, two chest of drawers, an armchair and a shoe rack. The second bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a chair. The living room has a sofa, a big chest of drawers, a little table, a chair and a spanish guitar. The bathroom has a shower, WC, wash basin, bidet, and a storage space. The house also includes a secluded 50sqm terrace with a fabulous view of the San Pantaleo mountains. It is comprised of a large gazebo, bbq, an outdoor seating area for 4 people and hammock to chill with a good book or stargazing in total tranquillity.
