Quaint and comfortable mid-century Sears kit home in a woodsy setting atop a hill near Mt. Airy forest on the outskirts of Northside with quick easy access to I-74/75 — 10 minute (or less) drive to almost anywhere in Cincinnati including downtown, OTR, University of Cincinnati, etc.

One huge bedroom with queen bed and rocking chair plus a private back deck and second small bedroom with queen bed attached with jack and jill bathroom with claw foot tub, huge living room with large comfy couch and front porch access, newly renovated kitchen with gas stove and bar-style pass through dining area.
房客使用權限
Guests will have access to the entire home and expansive outdoor spaces, only excluding the basement and a couple locked closets.
其他注意事項
To access the driveway up to the house stay right at the fork at the bottom of the hill and drive ALL THE WAY to the top. There is only space at the top for 3 vehicles max and please use caution because it can be a bit shifty to the inexperienced. Parking will only be available at the very top of the driveway. Please do not use the neighbors parking area below the house.
