This spacious luxurious apartment has recently been stylishly refurbished and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Being on the 8th floor allows for a stunning vista where you can appreciate views of both the harbour and the main beach.
The apartment has two lounge areas to enjoy where the main lounge has a large plasma TV with Sky on offer.
Make use of the pool and spa within the complex - grab a towel and head to the beautiful beach right across the road, or just relish the Fantastic views of the everchanging harbour from the spacious balcony. Everything that the Mount has to offer is right out the door - stroll downstairs to the many cafes and restaurants or take a hike on one of the many tracks up or around the Mount. A short stroll will land you downtown Mt Maunganui where there are more cafes and shopping to be enjoyed.

Please note that there could be some construction on part of the building which could cause some noise disruption during the weekdays. There is no construction during weekends.
Please note that the Gym and conference room and will be under repair until mid 2021 so therefore unable to be used.
