The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, free off street parking and private rear covered deck. It is located close (10 minutes driving ) to the city centre, major tourist destinations (Polynesian Spa, Te Puia, Whakarewarewa Village and Redwoods Forest) and restaurants.

Fully insulated and double glazed, with air conditioner and heat transfer unit, the house is comfortable in all seasons. Entry is by digital door lock. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, gas hobb, microwave , kettle, blender, toaster, large fridge, cutlery and cookware.
There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in the laundry. The bedrooms have a choice of queen, king single and single beds, with high quality cotton bedding. There is free wifi, a smart TV, books and board games.

Guests have free usage of the lawn area in front of the house and enclosed area at the rear.
其他注意事項
Guests are expected to recycle their own rubbish into the correctly labelled bins. Because of the proximity to neighbours, noise must be kept to a minimum after 11pm. No parties.
If the bar-b-que is used , it must be cleaned after use.
Guests must report and damage or breakages immediately.
If guests fail to comply with the above requirements, extra fees of between $50 - $200 may apply.
Please be honest about the number of guests when booking. The price of the house is dependent upon number of guests. All our houses have external CCTV monitors.
