Newly renovated basement apartment in our historic 1907 craftsman house. This 1 bedroom 'studio' includes sleeping for 4 with premium Joybird pull-out sofa and queen sized bed. With mid-century modern styling and tons of windows - this walkout basement has everything you need to explore Queen Anne and beyond. Located 3 blocks to downtown bus routes, playgrounds, and coveted Queen Anne Ave where you'll find restaurants, boutiques, bakeries galore. Large private patio + parking spot included.

The bathroom is quaint, but it offers a generous size shower. Brand new windows overlook your own private, fenced patio. We live above the apartment, so you will hear the usual sounds of a family above. We do our best to be good neighbors, but if you are hyper-sensitive to sound this may not be the space for you.

Historic Queen Anne, is a lovely and quiet tree-lined neighborhood full of old craftsman homes, parks and quaint shops. Just 5-7 minute drive from downtown, it's location couldn't be more perfect for exploring the city or commuting to work. Enjoy the local Seattle feel with Top Pot Doughnuts, La Reve's french pastries and hand crafted coffee from Diablo just a short walk away. John Hay Elementary & Playground is a block away, with tons of space to run and play.

Our family has lived in Queen Anne for the past 13 years. We have 3 kids (2 girls, and a boy). We enjoy camping, hiking and traveling as a family. We also love cooking and eating out at delicious new places.
住宿期間
We offer our guests privacy, but if your family is looking for distraction, we have an 11, 8, and 5 year old who are always happy to play.
