A warm, family friendly, whole cabin/house in a fantastic location. No fire damage (thanks firefighters).
The house has a great view onto 2 lakes & Mt Craig in Rocky Mountain National Park. 1 mi from the charming town of Grand Lake, 1 mi from the Nordic Center. It has excellent heating, a full kitchen, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, and sleeps 10.
This house is a great homebase for all of your outdoor, Colorado fun (snowmobiling, ice fishing, ice skating, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, etc)

Full kitchen: microwave, toaster, electric range/oven, dishwasher. it is fully stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, bakeware, etc.
4 bedrooms: 2 w/ queens, 1 twin bed w/ trundle, and a bunk bed room with 2 twin over full bunks.
2.5 bathrooms: 2 upstairs, 1 half bathroom downstairs, with washer/dryer.
The house stays very warm, and never runs out of hot water, thanks to a modern boiler system.
Have internet service, but it's satellite, so it's SLOW. LTE is usually better.
No TV service (but we have TVs w/ HDMI, DVDs, and a WIIU).
If it's not too cold, you'll be on the porch anyway.
Half-circle driveway comes right up to the door.
If the weather is good, we have a horseshoe setup out front.
No fires, no parties, no shenanigans... please treat our home with respect and enjoy it.

This is a neighborhood going up a mountain. The house overlooks a few houses, and there are a couple of houses above us and on either side... but it doesn't feel close, everyone's on ~1 acre.

住宿期間
We will not be around (2+ hrs away) but we have people we can call in the area, if needed. If you are on schedule, you shouldn't need anything much because we'll have the place setup for you.
