Centrally located house with all you will need for your stay in Miami! Just steps away from the Metro Rail which will take you in under 10 minutes to downtown Miami. This place will give you space and privacy you need, the comfort you wish for and all those extra touches that you are expecting for a vacation or work trip. Located just 10 minutes to downtown, 17 minutes to South Beach and under 20 Minutes to Airport. Whether here for business or leisure, this place is perfect!

House is made up of 4 rooms. All rooms are for AirBnB guests. There is a mini-fridge in each room along with a 40-inch smart tv with an extending arm to adjust the television. There is coffee. There are a microwave and toaster oven in the kitchen for use for the guests along with a water cooler.
There is on-site maintenance Monday thru Friday 10am to 4pm to tend to any issues that may arise.

Feel free to relax or throw a ball around in the huge, shared yard and enjoy the seated front porch of the apartment. We’re also pleased to announce our newly-installed outdoor grills, added to satisfy any charbroiled BBQ cravings during your stay!
We are excited to announce that a new coin-operated laundry amenity is now available on site as well. Rolls of quarters will also be available on site in exchange for cash (or CashApp/ Google Pay). Please do not overload them as this will not effectively wash your clothes and could potentially break the machine in the process. Thanks!

Mid-reservation linen and towel service is available for our guests.
Also, we would like to note that although our location may be close to transportation, it is also a very quiet space with great privacy. You will be able to enjoy your own room and your space peacefully.
Lastly, there are late-checkout and damaged-item fees mentioned in the house rules. These issues cause disruption to our future client experiences and daily operations so we must take this seriously.

Our space is just across the street from the MetroRail (the "Subway" of Miami), which will travels into the heart of Downtown in less than 10 minutes! This neighborhood is very central and close to everything!
Our neighborhood is nice and quiet although super close to the US1 highway which can take you wherever you need to be in Miami.
We are about a 15-minute walk to the super chic CocoWalk area in Coconut Grove, and a 5-minute drive across US1 to the popular Merrick Park Mall in Coral Gables which are excellent areas to wine and dine, catch a movie, or just hang out.
The area, referred to as Coconut Grove today, was formed in 1925 when the city of Miami annexed two areas of about equal size; the city of Coconut Grove and most of the town of Silver Bluff. Coconut Grove approximately corresponds to the same area as the 33133 ZIP Code, although the ZIP Code includes parts of Coral Way and Coral Gables and a small portion of ZIP Code 33129. The area is often referred to as "The Grove" and many locals take pride in Coconut Grove being one of the greenest areas of Miami.
