● Swimming Pool - FREE for 2 guest ( 50 pesos for excess guest )
● Gym - Available (30 pesos per guest).
● NO PARKING slot. Parking areas are available in SM mall (10 AM - 10 PM) and APM mall (overnight parking) a few steps away in front of the condominium.
● Parking inside the building (250 pesos overnight) - just ask the guard on duty.
● Motorcycle - FREE Parking
● Only registered guests can stay in the place.
● Don't bring an undeclared guest.
● Guest bears financial liability for any damage in the room.
● Please treat this place as you would like your own home.
● Appreciate it if noise can be turned down to not disturb others.
