This Airbnb is part of a single-story triplex. Conveniently located in the desirable NE Heights, with Quick access to many dining and shopping options close by. Just a few miles away from the World-famous Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway and Beautiful Sandia Casino.
Each room is cozy and unique and our home has plenty of room to gather. WIFI is available throughout the home. For entertainment we offer Roku and Bluetooth sound bar. The kitchen is fully stocked and the home includes AC and Heat for comfortable Winter or Summer stays.
Fenced backyard, with grill, table and chairs and seating area to view the beautiful west side sunsets and southwest scenery.

• AC- Cooling is evaporative Heating is furnace. Please use them as they were your own and at reasonable settings.

Several dining options, as well as a grocery store and gas station are just minutes away. Walking trails just a short walk from apartment. The Triplex sits at the base of the foothills, with hiking trails at the top of the street.

We are long time residents of Albuquerque; so we are quite familiar with the city and local culture. Todd works at Kirtland Air Force base and Annette is in the Healthcare industry. Both of us are muscle car enthusiasts and Todd is a aviation buff.
