Let me tell you a curiosity about the name "Ocean Breeze". This apartment is so named because when you open the windows you seem to be dipped in water, a crystal clear blue sea. The house is about 2 km far from the center of Amalfi and consists of a living room with kitchen, one large bedroom, bathroom and a panoramic terrace.
Final Cleaning Fee to the cleaning lady directly:
- For 1 night stay: 40 Euro.
- For 2 night stay: 60 Euro.
- For 3 or more night stay: 80 Euro.

The house is about 2 km far from the center of Amalfi and consists of a living room with kitchen, one large bedroom, bathroom and a panoramic terrace. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning and heating, awnings, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, pots and everything you need to cook delicious typical dishes of Amalfi, which can be enjoyed in the living room or on the panoramic terrace.

The house is easily accessible from the main road going up about 60 steps. All guests are allowed to enter the park of the condo, well kept and full of Mediterranean vegetation, with a breathtaking view of the blue sea of Amalfi. The bus stop, in order to quickly reach the center of Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento is close to the entrance of the condo.

The apartment also has air conditioning, payable locally if you require it. Guests are expected to leave the apartment clean and reasonably tidy. The cleaning fee is paid to sanitize the house for the new guests. Pets are not allowed. Guests have to communicate the estimated time of their arrival at least one week before.
MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS:
According to Amalfi Municipality laws, the Tourist tax has to be paid in cash at the arrival: € 1,5 per person per day.
Final Cleaning Fee to the cleaning lady directly:
- For 1 night stay: 40 Euro.
- For 2 night stay: 60 Euro.
- For 3 or more night stay: 80 Euro.

Arrival between 19 and 20 (from September to May): € 50
