This suite is completely private with a private entrance. We are located in a quiet community at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains between Golden and Boulder. The home was built in 2016 and is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. This private suite is spacious and is a perfect place to get away, relax or come and enjoy the beautiful area. Highways are easily accessible. Denver is short 25 minute ride and we are close to hiking, skiing, Red Rocks amphitheater, Golden and Boulder.

This is a ranch home with the 1 bedroom suite located in the front of the home. The area is kept private with solid doors dividing the residence. We are close to mountains for skiing and hiking. Boulder and Golden are 15-20 minutes and Downtown Denver is about 25 minutes.

We have lived in Colorado since 1985. My husband and have 5 grown children, 3 grand children and one on the way! We enjoy spending time with each other and our family. We also enjoy traveling, eating amazing food, going to concerts and spending time outside in the Colorado sunshine. We love meeting new people and look forward to meeting our guests!
