Centrally located on a quiet street, you are minutes from downtown Chatham, the Hospital, all the best restaurants and the Casino. The home comes fully stocked with all the amenities you might need. Coffee, tea, water and all the basics are included in the kitchen.

The home hosts many of the charming aspects we love in older homes with many modern updates. Located on the main floor is a galley style kitchen, equipped with new appliances. A large formal dining room and comfortable living room are also located on the main floor.
The home has 3 spacious bedrooms. One located on the main floor with the most comfortable queen size bed. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. The home offers a cement driveway with 2 parking spaces, as well as street parking if needed. Fully functional washer, dryer (laundry detergent available) and Iron located in the basement.
We love supporting local businesses! We always try to include local products in the home for our guests. The home is decorated with art from local artists, and we try to leave local seasonal treats in the kitchen for guests.
