Within a short walk to Starbuck, Peets Coffee, Walgreen, Post Office, major banks, and numerous grocery, bakery, and restaurants.

This is a newly remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. You will have the use of one bedroom (144 sq. ft.) with the spacious newly remodeled full set of kitchen, living room and 1.5 bath. Plenty of natural light in the room. New queen bed frame, new mattress and a comfortable single bed on side. Both beds have new bed sheets and comforters. Comfortably sleep up to 3 guests. There is a desk with desk light, a 5-drawer dressers, a walk in closet for your convenient use.
If you find yourself in need for extra room, I have extra bedrooms available.
Bedroom #1 one queen, 1 single bed 180 sq. ft. additional $138 plus cleaning fee
Bedroom #3 one queen bed, 140 sq. ft. additional $108 plus cleaning fee
Bedroom #4 one single bed, 90 sq. ft. additional $88 plus cleaning fee
Any 2 bedrooms combination cleaning fee is $160.
Any 3 bedrooms combination cleaning fee is $190.
All 4 bedrooms, cleaning fee is $200.

You have the entire Flat. The entire Flat which include living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. Locked bedrooms are reserved for other guests. Sorry, no access downstairs to backyard and garage.

No parking on property. Street parking only. Unlawful to park on the driveway. The driveway includes the city's sidewalk and is part of a public easement.
