Cozy room w/ private bathroom in large 1936 apt deemed notable as "one of Puerto Rico's finest examples of Spanish Revival". Perfect if searching for a more conservative accommodation. Apt has the use of a spacious kitchen, breezy terrace & dinning table

1 bedroom + 1 private bathroom of a 4 bed 3 bath condo in Miramar district of San Juan. Condado beach is only a 15 min walk away! Great restaurants and bars all around in a nice & safe neighborhood. Trendy new food trucks located right infront of building. Supermarket is 8 minutes walking. Bus stop to Old San Juan is on the corner of our building (ride is about 5 minutes away).

I was born in South Louisiana, Lived in Atlanta for 23 years, Now in San Juan Puerto Rico 5 years living with my daughter Tiffany. Very social, like meeting and making new friends around the world. Love outdoors and traveling! I am very open to meeting new people and have met some really great friends on BNB, but this is all built on trust and verifications as well as references, so if you are a beginner, I would suggest that you post several photos and some good identification as well as telling the hosting world who you are exactly.
