This is for a bunk bed in a shared room in a house designed for creatives! We offer lots of amenities for creatives - gym, dance studio, recording studio access, self tape room access, and more! Included in the cost: utilities, access to all our creative amenities, plus free workshops and classes (acting classes, dance classes, and more!)

We have house managers on-site to help you with anything you need. Rooms are separated by gender. We have key codes on each individual bedroom door for added security.
All Airbnb guests will be required to review and sign our Membership Agreement contract once their booking is confirmed. For the safety of all our guests during the COVID-19 pandemic, we also require the individual who books through Airbnb to complete a symptom-screening questionnaire within the 48 hours prior to their arrival to the property, and verify that they do not currently have a fever by taking their own temperature and submitting a photo of their thermometer reading along with the questionnaire. You will need to have a thermometer handy to complete this step! :) (Note: If you can’t find access to a thermometer, we recommend picking one up at your local drugstore, or finding a local business that scans visitor’s temperatures at the entrance and asking if you may take a photo of your reading after you get checked and enter their facility.)
