The building is of a unique 1950's design that affords every bedroom with no common walls for maximum privacy from neighbours. You will experience a modern kitchen & bathroom renovated in 2012. The guest room has a full thickness latex King Single mattress. All in a perfect location for food, restaurants, cafes, public transport & more.

Un Posto Bellissimo - A Beautiful Place is on the top floor. The panoramic views are spectacular. Buses to Cremorne Point Wharf are at the door. Approximately 8 minutes to the ferry for Circular Quay. Buses to Sydney City, North Sydney, St'Leonards, Chatswood & Manly are a 2 minute walk away. Restaurants, cafes & pubs are all at the door. A supermarket for all your supplies is less than 1 minute away. In the same location is a Chemist, Medical Center, Pathologist, News Agency, Bakery and more. The world renowned Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace is a 2 minute walk away along with Hotel Cremorne. My place is conveniently positioned for these and more.

There is no natural gas supply to the building, so gas leaks of that type are impossible. A Carbon Monoxide Meter is installed in the kitchen along with a Monitored smoke and fire detector located in the ceiling space outside the bathroom. When cooking please avoid creating smoke. Always use the overhead cooktop smoke extractor. A $1600 NSW Fire Brigade Call Out Fee is payable for all False Alarms.
The Unit is prone to attracting insects as they like cool places. Please expect that insects will enter if you leave the verandah door & your guestroom windows open. Insect spray is provided.
Shoes with grip should be worn in the kitchen as the floor is tiled.
We are on Severe Water Restrictions due to drought. Short showers please.

I am a quiet adventurist who has pursued a lifetime of automobile & motorcycle restoration, flying paragliders, designing & building ultralight aircraft. I am a keen amateur photographer who specializes in transportation, water & industrial infrastructure, particularly historical and disused. I am researching with my sister, my great grandfathers history (Joseph Furniss) as Sydneys 1st Chief Engineer of the MWS&DB (Maritime Water Sewerage & Drainage Board) before it's inception. I am also researching with my sister and compiling a history of, CSR (Colonial Sugar Refinery) Pyrmont, where my father, Bruce Alfred Lehmann was the Shift Engineer for 35 years. He was also an amateur photographer who focused on the people who worked at CSR Pyrmont. He was a Mason who practiced a lifetime of quiet fundraising for many societies. Information preservation about engineering & the people behind transportation, water and the food industry is my passion. I have been part of the transportation history of Sydney for over 22 years & currently drive Coaches for NSBC (North Sydney Bus Charter Group)
