Hi everybody. If you are booking my place for a get together/party I will be declining the request. You will be staying on the the third floor of my home. To get inside there are two flights of stairs to climb, one outside, and the other inside. A four# code will be provided the day of check in, this is how you will access the place your whole stay. I have provided a Krueger machine in the kitchen, that makes coffee/tea. Each room as a working television. Their will be an extra third room upstairs that will be locked, this is the master bedroom that is inaccessible to guests(only room on the third floor you won’t have access too). Also the area looks a tad bit rough on the outside(it’s right next to Newark), but I promise you I live in a very safe neighborhood, and the neighbors are really nice. I really hope you enjoy your stay. I am on the premises, so please feel free to text or call me if you have any questions during your stay. Please no smoking inside the house.

Their is enough street parking, but if you happen to have trouble finding parking, please let me know. You can also park in the driveway, (only one car allowed) also let me know the car is yours

8-10 min uber ride to Newark Pennsylvania Station, this is where you can catch a train to NYC. Also 30mins drive to NYC. Neighborhood doesn’t look the best, as it is right next to Newark, but it is very safe.
