Updated Mid-century modern rambler in a quiet neighborhood nestled in the foothills of Mt. Olympus. Convenient freeway access to all that Salt Lake City has to offer including the major ski resorts. Fully furnished, this guest suite is the main floor of the home with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a large gathering area with connected kitchen, living and dining areas. Just a few minutes from supermarkets, cafes or quaint shopping experiences. A young couple lives in the basement apartment.

Your suite is the entire main floor of the home. It's spacious, about 1,500 square feet of room. This space is exclusively for Airbnb guests. We have a deck off the dining room for guests as well. You have access to the backyard from the side gates. Feel free to enjoy fresh plums, apricots and grapes when in season.
The basement apartment has a rear entrance and is undergoing minor renovations. We limit work when guests are staying. It is occupied by a young couple.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that Salt Lake has to offer. Just minutes from the freeway, you can be at several of the major ski resorts within 30 to 45 minutes. Snowbird (a favorite with the locals) or Alta up Little Cottonwood Canyon as well as Park City resort or Deer Valley up Parley's canyon. In the summer you are minutes from great hiking in Millcreek Canyon, Neff's Canyon or other Resort areas. The neighborhood has a park with tennis courts just a half block away.
In under 20 minutes you can be in downtown Salt Lake City to enjoy many night life options. With shopping, concerts, the Symphony, Broadway style musicals and plays, there is something for everyone. Visit historic Temple Square and catch a live radio broadcast of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Watch the Utah Jazz of the NBA or Real Salt Lake of MSL.
