This is a new home with open floor plan and amazing kitchen and is great for groups. The property is conveniently located just minutes from downtown, Edna valley wineries, and the beach.
There is a beautiful outdoor patio with a fire pit to cozy up to. We do want to make our guests aware that we have an outdoor cat that spends a lot of time in this space. If you are looking to take advantage of this space, please take this into consideration if you or your guests are allergic to cats.

We invite you into our home with open arms and the only restrictions we have on the space are the bedroom closets which will be off limits.
We're more than happy to provide access to our two car garage via smart app. Instructions will be provided prior to check in to request these credentials and will require your email address for delivery.
