Welcome to Aurora Manor in the heart of Downtown Detroit!! Park the car and grab your walking shoes. Aurora Manor is located in the Historic Brush Park District which is rated as the most walkable neighborhood in Detroit with a walk score of 87 and most errands can be accomplished on foot. Little Ceasars Arena, Ford Field and Comerica Park are all within walking distance.

Outside of the Detroit sports scene there is a Starbucks, Whole Foods and the vegan restaurant CMO blocks away. Also the nightlife is close by with a 5 min or less ride to three major casinos MGM, Motor City and Greektown, and the world renowned Fox Theatre. This condo can comfortably accommodate 5 people. There is a queen bed in bedroom 1, and a trundle bed in bedroom 2. There is also a futon in the living room that sleeps 1.
There is plenty of street parking right next to the building. This building DOES NOT allow smoking or pets! The building and all 6 condo units can be rented which can accommodate 26 people comfortably. Please contact me for more details.

Hi my name is Gina and one thing I love most is traveling to Upper Michigan and spending time in my cabin with family. I grew up in California but transplanted myself to the Motor City, where I was able to live and travel with many Automotive companies for work.
