Spacious, modern, garden-level apartment with high ceilings located in the heart of downtown Carbondale. Enjoy cooking in your full kitchen or walking to all of the wonderful restaurants this gorgeous town has to offer! This space is located directly across from Sopris Park - a large park that hosts many events throughout the year - and one block from Main Street in Carbondale. We allow up to two pets to accompany you with an additional $50 pet fee. Please read the pet policy below to make sure it works for your trip!
This one bedroom, one bathroom space is perfect for two and can also accommodate young kids and infants that sleep in a pack-and-play. Enjoy a full kitchen, living room with TV, dining area, desk space, master bedroom with queen-sized bed, and a modern bathroom. Everything you could need for the perfect stay whether it's for work, visiting family & friends, or a vacation. The space has been fully remodeled and recently soundproofed to eliminate noise from the attached main home upstairs. Please note that a small amount of noise needs to be expected at short times during the day as there is a family that lives upstairs. This is minimal due to the soundproofing.
The location can't be beat: you are directly across from beautiful and vibrant Sopris Park and only 1 block from Main Street. Enjoy peace and quiet while being close to the action of downtown Carbondale.

You will need to walk down a short flight of stairs to reach the entrance to the garden-level apartment. From there you will enter with a deadbolt code and have complete privacy in your private apartment.

- PET POLICY: If you plan on bringing your pet, please be prepared to follow these rules: pets CANNOT be left alone in the space unless they are in a crate that they cannot escape from and do not bark, they must be disclosed when booking and $50 pet fee paid for, they need to be leashed when outside, waste must be cleaned up and disposed of, and they are not allowed on the furniture. Guests that do not abide by these rules will be fined $500.
