Wonderfully located just a short stroll to the beach, this recently updated home has everything for a relaxing get-together for families or a couples getaway. Open concept first floor, with all new appliances and furniture throughout, and a kids retreat upstairs for gaming and a night of movie watching. Plenty of decking for enjoying the beautiful water views. Guests also have access to the community pool in the summer months.

Enjoy the quiet west side of Galveston Island in this beach home, just a short drive to all the amenities in the heart of the island. This subdivision enjoys 4 boardwalks to the beach, and the property has ample parking for 6 vehicles in the driveway.

We also include access to an outdoor storage tote, loaded with fun stuff for your beach outing or outdoor fun! You're able to use a wagon, sand chairs, boogie boards, camping chairs, sand and pool toys, a hammock, and an assortment of outdoor games. Also on property is a charcoal grill with accessories provided. The owner's garage is not accessible to guests, and its door on ground level is kept locked (keys are for front door only, located upstairs).
