Our beautiful peaceful condo is 2 minutes walking distance to the famous Medano Beach, location is spectacular as you can walk to the restaurants and bars lined up on the beach. The Marina is also a short walking distance from our condo. Enjoy the peaceful beauty as Puerta Cabos Village is tucked away from the loud party atmosphere but also not too far if you want to go experience it. Walmart and the shopping center Plaza San Lucas can be reached by a short Uber ride from Puerta Cabos, It's generally a $2 trip. Best place to grab essentials and stock up in our very luxurious, and spacious kitchen. We offer a large refrigerator/freezer as well as, oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, as well as an island with four barstools for entertaining and enjoying a meal. The condo comes with two rooms, the master bedroom which includes a king bed overlooking the view of the pool and the beautiful fauna of the Village. There's also a private bathroom which includes a large bathtub as well as a shower. The second room comes with two twin beds as well as a bathroom with a shower. The living room comes with a 7 seater dining area as well as a large entertainment area with a couch and a TV to watch Netflix. The living room area has a large view of the pool and palm trees, you can slide the large glass doors to get into yet another balcony thats a massive 600 square feet of lounging and relaxing, not to mention a great place to start your morning with a nice cup of coffee.
