We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

We are a family of 4 that loves adventure. We have traveled to many different countries and love experiencing and learning about different cultures. From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have strong opinions about how to make a guest feel comfortable in our spaces. We are a husband and wife team running our hospitality and real estate investment business, and loving every minute of it. We are both West Point (BS) and Notre Dame (MBA) alums with backgrounds in finance and operations.
