The apartment is composed by a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, hoven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, coffee machine, orange squeezer, blender) with dining table, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bedrooms (double or twin bed upon request available), 1st bathroom with tub / shower and toilet, 2nd bathroom with toilet, dressing wardrobe, small shower room, laundry room (equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing table and drying rack), storage room. 3 rooms are overlooking and have direct access to the private garden. Extra folding bed available. If you have a baby we can provide you with camp bed, high chair, baby basin, changing table, WC adapter, play rug, toys. Bed linen and towels provided.

Sandy beaches suitable for children (Marina di Pisa and Marina di Vecchiano) can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or bus. Rocky coastline with coves (Calafuria, Livorno) is at a 30 minutes drive.
