This thoughtfully designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Crosby home is the perfect place to call home after a long day of outdoor exploring.
Three comfortable bedrooms offer a restful night of sleep, and living spaces are airy and modern - perfect for relaxing or entertaining dinner guests. A well appointed kitchen opens up to a solid wood dining table anchoring the space. Guests will enjoy fresh bed linens, soft towels, and complimentary coffee and tea during their stay.

Koselig invokes warmth, comfort, and connection. It’s the good part of life, and perfectly captures the vibe of this updated Crosby home featuring comfortable modern furnishings, restored maple floors and a fully stocked kitchen.
Our home is set up to provide you with an amazing stay up North with convenient access to the Cuyuna bike trails, lakes, shops and restaurants. The living, dining and kitchen space allows you to relax and socialize easily after a busy day outdoors. 2 garage parking spaces and secure storage for your gear (bikes, kayaks, SUPs, cross country skis, snowshoes, etc.) in the insulated garage (or the basement) allows you to rest easy.
The home has beautiful, restored hardwood floors throughout the entire 2nd level and the 1st floor living room. New comfortable beds, bedding and modern decor will give you the high quality experience you're looking for during your stay. We have a fenced in yard and would love for you to bring your dog if he/she is well behaved and fully trained. Please be mindful of the pet fee and house rules: pets are not allowed on furniture or on the beds, and all dog poop in the yard must be picked up.
Pet fee: one time pet fee of $40 total to help cover the additional cleaning involved with having a pet in the home. We will send this as an additional request upon booking. Maximum of 2 dogs per group allowed.

You will have access to the entire, private house, garage and backyard during your stay. The house is located in town near downtown Crosby, Minnesota, which is a historic mining town that has become popular with outdoor adventure seekers and other visitors.

Our outdoor space includes a backyard with a fire pit area, 4 moveable outdoor chairs, and a small deck off the back of the house with a charcoal grill. The full yard is fenced in with a typical chain link fence. We do not have charcoal for the grill on hand but it is typically available at Ace Hardware down the street or at Deerwood True Value. If you want to be sure to secure charcoal you may want to call one of the hardware stores or bring your own. Firewood for the fire pit is readily available at Ace or at gas stations in town.

We are only a couple blocks from the bike trails, Serpent Lake and downtown Crosby (a few blocks north of Crosby Main St., and about a block east of Highway 6/3rd Ave NW). You'll find yourself conveniently located next to everything you need during your stay! We are located in a residential neighborhood of Crosby, a historic mining town. The property is a detached single family home with a fenced in back yard with neighbors on either side.
