Get the best bang for your buck with this warm and inviting family friendly Tahoe Donner home. Our mountain condo, on the slopes at Tahoe Donner downhill ski area. The condo includes two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a comfortable living room and an additional play room for the kids, with family friendly furnishings, flooring and carpets. The condo sleeps up to eight and is perfect for two families or a family with friends, but is cozy enough for a romantic getaway for two.

One en-suite bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed set. The living room also has a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa.
Our vacation home is a No Smoking residence. No pets please.
Our condo is located in the resort community of Tahoe Donner. This gives you access to numerous resort amenities including the Trout Creek Recreation Center (3 pools, 3 hot tubs, upscale fitness center, year round), the Northwoods Clubhouse (Pizza on the Hill, pool, kids playground, library, and movies). Tahoe Donner also has an equestrian center, miles of maintained hiking and biking trails (single track, jeep trails, and paved trails), Donner Lake Marina (private beach with boating and rentals), 11 tennis courts, as well as a golf course & driving range in the summer. Winter amenities include the downhill and cross country ski areas, a sledding/tubing/snowplay hill (rental sleds/tubes), and Trout Creek keeps some of the pools and hot tubs open all winter.
The condominium is just steps from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski area. Our world class cross country ski area is nearby, and in the summer is also home to the Bikeworks rental/repair shop and miles of trails.
The condo complex has its own private pool in the summer, as well as a year round hot tub, sauna, gym, and game room.
Our condo is only minutes from Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine, Sugar Bowl, and Lake Tahoe. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently close by in historic downtown Truckee.
Our vacation getaway has all the comforts of home. Games, puzzles, books, a pack and play, adult and kid dishware, towels and linens, and two booster seats are just a few of the many touches that add to your family-friendly stay. The condo is child friendly.
Heated floors in the bathrooms add to the comfort of the home.

-a flat screen HDTV over the fireplace
-cozy wood burning stove
-washer/dryer inside the house.
-World class fitness/gym & massage at the Trout Creek Recreation Center.
