Holiday Isle is the premier complex of Dauphin Island! This beautifully appointed 4th floor unit with oversized balcony provides breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! Open floor plan allows views from most every room! Amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, gym, tennis courts, covered parking, grilling area, beautiful lobby, gated entry etc. Nearby activities include fishing, biking, golfing, crabbing, birding, beachgoing, fresh local seafood and relaxation !

Condo includes everything you need for your stay! Whole place recently painted Nov 2020 and new HVAC unit ! The indoor pool and hot tub are open by appointment due to Covid 19 and there are plenty of appts available for the Fall and Winter ! Make your reservation at the front desk . Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the master has floor to ceiling sliding doors that open to the balcony, king size sleep number bed, adjoining master bath with jetted garden tub and stand up shower! the second bedroom sleeps 5 with bunk beds and a trundle, The living area has a pull out sofa sleeper and comfortable furniture, dinette area and breakfast bar that sit 8 people. Flat screen TVs in every room. Upgraded patio furniture to seat your whole group! The WIFI is a little spotty everywhere on the island, but cable TV is supplied. We provide beach towels, all linens, a few beach chairs, beach floats and toys and games for kids, maps, menus and brochures detailing activities and sightseeing available on the island! Some amenities may not be available except with a reservation due to Covid 19. Mainly the hot tub, steam room and sauna.

On holiday weekends , or during popular event weekends on the Island, we reserve the right to have a 3 night min stay . Specifically that would be Memorial Day weekend, the 4 th of July, Labor Day, the Dauphin Island fishing rodeo , or anytime we see fit . The prices may change from minute to minute because I change prices based on supply and demand, so if you want to price you see when you are looking at the property dont hesitate to go ahead and book it !
