Travel restrictions
Due to COVID-19 there are lockdowns in place across the UK and travel is not permitted other than in limited circumstances until at least April. Failure to follow the law is a criminal offence.
Offering you the whole 1930's characterful, bay fronted detached property.
You have exclusive access to all the space, there are no shared areas, and the property is completely private.
Situated in a quiet residential area on the forest side of town within easy reach of the University, College, town and many attractions.
Parking for 3 vehicles on the private drive.
Fast wifi.
Relax and enjoy the mature secluded lawned gardens.
Bookings from 2 to a maximum of 10 nights.

The property can be accessed via 2 doors, one at the front leading into the hallway and one at the side leading into the kitchen
Upstairs
Bedroom 1 is located at the rear of the property with dual aspect windows overlooking the garden. The room has a wardrobe, and two casual chairs with a coffee table.
Bedroom 2 is on the front of the property with dual aspect windows overlooking the driveway and Holt Drive Green. The room has a wardrobe and chest of draws for storage.
The bed quilts and pillows have duck down and feather fillings, however hollow fibre can also be provided as necessary.
The rear lounge area has patio doors leading onto the mature garden, patio and lawned areas. The lounge is equipped with an Samsung LED TV, SONOS sound bar, and electric coal effect fire. There is a folding table to allow flexible use of the area for eating, sitting and working.
The kitchen has recently been refurbished and comes fully equipped with gas hobs, extractor fan, double gas oven, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, microwave, bread maker, dishwasher and is complete with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. There is an under stairs pantry providing additional storage. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the garage utility, just off the kitchen area.
The bathroom has recently been redecorated. The hot water is provided by combi boiler so it’s always available.

You will have access to the whole property. The small 3rd bedroom is locked and is used as my store room. The breakfast cereals, tea and coffee are for your use. All the items in the pantry and kitchen can also be used, I would simply request you make a monetary contribution to the replacement cost in the honesty box provided. Thank you.
