The room forms part of an early 1700's Grade II listed Cottage with lovely views over the roof tops to Place, St Fimbarrus Church, the Fowey estuary and wooded hills that hide the Hall Walk on the other side of the water. The house is located close to the heart of town, with shops, cafes and restaurants within easy reach.

A light and airy bijou bedroom with a lovely king size bed where you can look out over the water or go have a seat on the balcony and enjoy a cuppa (tea, coffee and biscuits supplied) in the morning sun or an evening sundowner.
Your private bathroom is just outside the bedroom and has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin.
Both rooms have electric radiators.

Fowey is a vibrant little historic port with shops, bakeries, cafe's, pubs and restaurants. There's plenty to see and do in and around Fowey. Here's an example:
- take a cruise around the harbour
- hire a kayak, paddleboard, sailing or motor boat and get out on the water
- take one of many scenic walks including Saints Way, The South Coast Path and the Hall walk.
- visit Fowey's family friendly beach at Readymoney which has a small cafe kiosk and is a short walk down the esplanade.
- visit the Eden Project ,The Lost Gardens of Helligan, both are just are a short drive or the Roseland Heritage coast.
