This beautiful historic home in downtown Lexington is just a few minutes walk to several downtown attractions, including Rupp Arena, Transylvania University, the University of Kentucky, and countless delicious local cafes and bars. The area is loaded with charm, the neighborhood is full of victorian architecture, and a park sits less than a block away. It is a 15 minute drive to the Kentucky Horse Park and 14 minute drive to Keeneland.

We are strictly following all CDC recommendations and guidelines with cleaning and sanitizing between each visit.
Enjoy the 3rd floor loft of this 130 year old, completely renovated triplex. The parking lot in rear, as well as street parking, leads you to a private staircase and keyless entry to the unit. This spacious studio boasts vaulted ceilings, new furniture, and decor from local shops and businesses. With a background in architecture, we are designers who are passionate about thoughtful spaces. The efficiency of the studio evokes a cozy atmosphere. This space provides a perfectly quiet oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of Lexington's lively downtown.
We provide a brand new, Zinus 12 inch, memory foam queen bed and linens with Beckham hotel collection luxury plush gel pillows. A futon is also offered for more guests. High speed wifi (1 GB), at&t TV cable, Netflix, and more are all included. Fully equipped kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, and mini fridge. Full bathroom with shower and tub. Coffee grinder and beans for the best, freshest coffee.
If interested in long term stays, we'd be happy to provide watering instructions for the live plants or pop in and water them ourselves. :)

The entry to the space is a simple keypad, so no picking up keys necessary. We will text you your code when we send check-in information. This unit has it's own private entrance. You will be free to come and go as you please from then on!

At the heart of downtown Lexington, this home is just a few minutes walk to Rupp arena, the University of Kentucky, Transylvania University, multiple parks, and so many delicious restaurants, bars, and coffee shops; as well as the farmers market, Thursday Night Live, the Living Arts and Science center, the public library, markets and festivals, breweries, and so many shows and concerts. No matter the season, there is something going on that is worth walking to. We walk somewhere almost daily- it's one of our favorite things about this location. A book will be provided with all of our favorite local spots. This neighborhood is culturally rich and gives an honest sense of a Lexington experience.

We live directly across the street and have lived in the neighborhood for 5 years. Needless to say, we adore it here! We know most of the people on this street and love the sense of community. We are just a few footsteps from helping you with whatever you need; carrying luggage, answering questions, or just hanging out! We want to respect your privacy, but love meeting and connecting with people. We freelance and are almost always home and available with flexible schedules, so we will be sure to have a quick response time. Also, what's ours is yours. If you need to borrow something, don't hesitate to ask! We want you to feel as comfortable and accommodated as possible.
