The stairwell is equipped with a bench press, dumbbells, and pull-up bars so you can work out in between workouts at any time.

I am a web lecturer. Some weekdays some of my students come and study in the dining room on the second floor. Most week nights I teach at various locations around Tokyo and don’t return home until 10pm. Days when I am not teaching around Tokyo I am usually doing classes using web cam in the dining room on the first room. (PLEASE NOTE: the dining room table on the second floor is available to guests when I am not teaching. Also there is n TV in the house). The host used to be a superhost of the Airbnb home sharing room at Hiroo as category 1 exclusive residential area for 4 years. She recently sold her former Airbnb house and built Akikito apartment to provide more exclusive spaces for guests to relax and enjoy their stay. You do not have to interact with your host unless necessary, however she will always support your stay since she lives in the same building. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have for your comfortable stay.
