Playa Jardín: one of the most emblematic beaches of the island of Tenerife, with intense black sand, very characteristic of the north, in addition the artist César Manrique was in charge of providing it with surroundings worth visiting, with extensive areas of gardens, leisure areas, bars and restaurants. Playa Jardín is formed by the union of three beaches: Playa del Castillo, Punta Brava beach and Playa del Charcón.
Lago Martiánez or swimming pool of Lago Martianez
Leisure facilities inaugurated in 1977, also designed by the artist César Manrique, consisting of several large pools.
Playa Martiánez: it is located right next to the facilities that bear the same name. In one of the areas of the beach, it is common to find a large number of surfers due to the waves that are usually found in this optimal area for the practice of this sport, however, in the area closest to the tourist and near Lago Martiánez, there is a dam, with very favorable conditions for a quiet bath.
El Bollullo Beach: it is a spectacular beach of volcanic sand, with a quiet atmosphere and 400 meters in length. It is characterized by being in a not very crowded area due to the fact that access to this beach must be done on foot.
Los Patos Beach
Access beach complex but of great beauty, of volcanic black sand and where nudism is allowed. It is a kilometer long, and there are no buildings in the vicinity. You have to be very careful on this beach, since the path is a bit dangerous, due to the risk of falls and landslides, and depending on the state of the sea, access may be cut off. Despite all this, a visit to Playa de Los Patos is an experience that you should not miss. It is located between Playa de El Bollullo and Playa del Ancón.
Ancón Beach
160 meters long beach, nudist and with fine black sand. As in the Playa de los Patos, it is necessary to take extreme precautions both on the way to the beach, and in the sea, due to the waves that may be there. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Playa del Ancón, one of the best beaches in Tenerife.
