Eco friendly guesthouse in the heart of Dundee, within walking distance all city centre attractions, transport links and. amenities that sunny Dundee has to offer.
Toilets and showers are shared amongst guests & all rooms are up stairs (no lift). Rooms on the 2nd/3rd floor have their own wash basin. If you are choosing an attic room (4th floor), sinks, toilets & showers will be downstairs.

Welcome tea & coffee (milk portions in fridges), TV, kettle, tableware, towels, linen, blanket, hairdryer, soap.
Shower gels/shampoos, spare towels found in shower rooms.
Hallways
Shared use of microwaves, fridges, lockers, books, DVDs, games & toys.
Breakfast
Aavailable daily by reservation (contact before 10pm) @£7.50pp (kids under 10 eat free).
Preorders help with sustainability & are also welcome
Freshly cooked Scottish/Veggie/Vegan breakfast or Homemade Pancakes, includes fresh refillable fairtrade coffee, juice & cereals. Ask for porridge.
