The apartment is located on the higher ground floor ( ie first floor US ). It faces the back of the building ie not the from Sloane Avenue side with sometimes heavy traffic. It is a large 30sqm Studio Flat in arguably the best location in London, in a Iconic 24 Hour Services doorman Art Deco Building.
