HOT TUB: If you want to use hot tub, please inquire in advance.
WINTER/SNOW NOTE: We don't plow 100' driveway. Plan for snow!

Large kitchen with granite counters & eat-in kitchen island, custom built-ins, gas stove. Laundry room. Covered back patio with propane grill. Dead-end road, very private. Quiet and peaceful.

Guests will have private (unshared) access to the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bedroom 1, Bathroom 1, Back Patio, and Yard.
Guests will have shared access to Fire Pit, Seasonal Garden, and Laundry/Mud Room. Our cleaning crew uses the Laundry/Mud Room to launder linens from Quail Cottage (separate listing). If you keep the door closed between the Laundry/Mud Room and the Kitchen, you'll have privacy in the rest of the house.

We love to see the local Deer and Wild Turkeys visiting the fenced perimeter of the property, so to keep them safe and on the outside of the fence, we keep the gates closed at all times, and ask that guests close gates each time they come and go.
HOT TUB: If you want to use hot tub, please inquire in advance.

In addition, there is a shared fire pit (when it's not fire season), and seasonal garden from which you're welcome to sample any ripe fruits or vegetables.
