CANCELLATIONS DUE TO GOVERNMENT TRAVEL RESTRICTION RELATING TO COVID 19
If the Queensland government should impose sudden lockdown and as such travel restrictions whereby the guest cannot, by law, travel to the booked destination, the booking shall be cancelled and the guest will be refunded the total amount already paid.

It is important that as our Guests, you are aware that we are focused on making your vacation as stress-free & relaxing as possible & that includes keeping in mind the safety & health of our guests, as well as our team who prepare the home for your stay. In light of the ever-evolving COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve been closely monitoring this based on the advice of the World Health Organization & Australia’s Chief Medical Officer & reviewing our approach regularly.
While we have always had strict hygiene practices & cleanliness, we have implemented additional precautionary measures: We will ensure that you have hospital grade hand sanitizer & continue to provide anti bacterial hand wash.
We are doubling down on disinfectant cleaning across all rooms in the property including door handles, light switches, air-conditioning and ceiling fan controls & high touch points. There will be one day on either side of each guest booking to allow time for extra hygiene standards to ensure the property has been sanitized.
We are asking guests to increase hygiene standards to wash their hands more regularly during their stay. Particularly upon entry & exit to the apartments. We want to keep our guests & staff well & up to date on the information they need to help prevent exposure. Your safety is critical, so we request that if you feel unwell please act responsibly. If you need assistance with a doctor please contact us. If you have serious symptoms such as difficulty breathing, call 000 for urgent medical help.
