If you like to use a fitness facility at a nearby sister property please let us know. There is a $10 one time charge regardless of how long your stay is.
The facility is open during business hours Monday - Saturday.

30 DAYS OR LONGER STAYS:
Please ask for our great long term stay discounts.
Once you've booked a long term reservation, you'll be charged for the first month of your stay upfront. Airbnb hold this payment until 24 hours after check-in before giving it to the host.
WEEKLY CLEANING PER ARRANGEMENT:
Weekly cleaning services can be arranged by prior request for a $30 charge per clean and can be paid separately.
That includes weekly linens and towels change. Dusting, vacuum and mopping.
PET POLICY:
$50 pet fee for up to 2 dogs. 3rd dog is extra $50.
PET RULES:
Dogs are not allowed to sleep on couches.
Please do not leave your pet inside the unit unsupervised for longer than 2 hours.
ALL DOGS must be up to date on flea and tick treatments.
PLEASE NOTE: Any damages caused by pets; going to bathroom on furniture, wear and tear of flooring, breaking items, etc. Will result in paying the security deposit.
OTHER:
The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped. Everything you will need to cook is provided.
There is a washer & dryer, oven & cooking range, dishwasher and microwave inside the apartment. Cleaning supplies, extra set of bed linens and towels is is available as well for long term stays.
Cooking oil, salt & pepper. Condiments such as sugar, tea and a few coffee pods is complimentary.
WiFi and smart tv.
Walking distance to 7 eleven. Across the fwy you have a whataburger, McDonald’s, Burger King and many other convenience food restaurants.
Walmart is within a couple of minutes drive or you can also walk.
