Located in a quiet safe residential neighborhood, 1 block east of Katy Park and 1/2 mile West of Sedalia Katy Depot State Park, right on the Katy Trail. There are good restaurants just down the street.

Welcome, we're Joy&Bob and we will be your hosts during your stay here at Katy Trail LayAway. Being a former teacher's aide for many years and now currently working for an assisted living facility in Sedalia. Has allowed me to gain many years of experience in attending to client/customer care and services. Bob has over 20 years in law enforcement and Government security. Now retired, he is able to join me in this endeavor to provide security and support consultations providing for your safe stay. We are the parents of three young men who have left the nest and enjoying their lives in different parts of the country. We welcome all to come and experience Sedalia.
