- French press (Yes, you can brew-your-own Starbucks coffee)

POOL USE:
An extra charge of PHP 200 per guest needs to be paid and applied on the day of use. Please note that this is a separate payment apart from the initial booking.
Other things to note
Guests in excess of 2 person is charged PHP300/person. Please indicate correct no. of guests as Visitors Pass has to be processed accordingly.
There are secured paid parking on the condo premises which is guarded 24/7. (You can immediately inquire on the guard upon entry).
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE:
Checking In: Kindly inform us at least 2 hours if you need to check-in earlier than expected (depends on availability.)
Prior to Check-out: Kindly inform us at least 2 hours if you need to checkout earlier than expected.
As this is a residential place, some house rules will be discussed on your arrival and posted inside the unit for your reference and guidance. Considerations must be observed during your stay especially during wee hours.
Please note that only light cooking is allowed in the unit. Strong-causing odour and smelly frying (e.g. fish, daing, tuyo, etc) is not allowed. )
This is not a hotel. Guests are encouraged to clean/make up the room and segregate trash on the provided garbage bags prior to check-out to maintain cleanliness to avoid pests and insects inside.
You must also acknowledge that any damages caused during your stay will be liable and charged to you.

“8. To further amend the Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines, particularly Section [5](3) on the Guidelines for Areas Placed under Modified General Community Quarantine, to wit:
Any person below fifteen (15) years old, those who are over sixty-five (65) years old, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidity, or other health risks, and pregnant women shall be required to remain in their residence at all times; Provided that all activities and movements allowed under other Sections of these Guidelines for the foregoing persons shall continue to be permitted under MGCQ. The aforementioned age restrictions for travellers for tourism purposes may be relaxed upon the determination of local government units, and subject to prior consultation with the DOT, DOH, and DILG and the development of specific guidelines for this purpose.”

If you feel like not taking long walks for your needs, the condominium itself is a community of complete amenities on the ground floor, to include:
- 7-11 (24 hrs convenience store, located on Tower 1)
- Bank and ATMs (BDO)
- Massage and Spa
- ACE Hardware
- Restaurants/Mc Do, etc. (just around the premises)
- Robinsons Supermarket and SM Hypermarket
