NO SMOKING OR USE OF ILLICIT DRUGS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT
NO USE OF FIRE OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN THE UNIT
NO LOUD MUSIC OR ROUGH BEHAVIOR INSIDE OF THE UNIT
Under NO circumstances should the neighbors in the building be disturbed for any reason during your stay.
DO NOT book this unit if you plan to do ANY of the above or hold any type of event, party, or large gathering.
Airbnb has NEW policies in place that strictly penalize guests who throw parties with disturbances inside of their units.
ANY guest who books this unit and violates these rules will be immediately evicted from the unit. The guest will also be fined $500 without refund. As well as reported directly to Airbnb and possibly banned from using the platform in the future.
Also, in the case of any guests using illicit drugs within the unit. All guests will be reported to local authorities.
Our property manager will be onsite in the building to report any violations.
