This is a quiet neighborhood of largely owner occupied homes. We are close to an extensive walking/biking path, plus the neighborhood streets are quiet and easy to walk. We are close to a neighborhood park district with many amenities including a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, exercise equipment, picnic areas, etc. Of course, COVID-19 may affect availability. Please respect the neighbors by keeping your noise down. Rv’s are NOT soundproof. Quiet time commences at 10PM. After that, keep noise levels way down, please.
