Newly renovated 3 bedroom house that we are renting out by the room with a 30 night minimum. This listing is for a single room rental where the tenant will share the living room, kitchen and bathroom with 2 other tenants. The bedroom door has a keypad lock for privacy and security.

The shared kitchen has a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishware, utensils and drink-ware. The shared full bath has a stand up shower and we provide storage baskets for each room for personal belongings. All of the new furnishings are beautiful yet functional and the bed is very comfortable. We provide luxurious linens and towels for your stay.
Every other week, our cleaning crew will come in to tidy up the common spaces of the house. We will also replenish common supplies at that time, including toilet paper, paper towels and basic cleaning supplies.
Please note that this unit is available with a 30 night minimum only. We utilize a key-less entry system, making check in seamless.
