Come stay at the coziest cabin in Boone! A quiet and private getaway, but only 9 minutes (3.5 miles) to downtown Boone where you can explore the local shops, breweries, and attractions. Expect frequent friendly visits from deer, turkey, and other beautiful wildlife! You'll have the entire bottom floor to yourself, including: a large bedroom with a full size Tempur-Pedic mattress, full private bathroom, private entrance with your own deck, and a full sized walk in closet.

The entire downstairs of the cabin is for you! The full size bed is a Tempur-Pedic, providing utmost comfort. Full bath within your suite with a removable shower head and good water pressure. You'll have plenty of space and privacy in this 615 sqft bedroom. The walk in closet has more than enough room to hang any clothes and store any equipment you may be bringing for your outdoor adventures! There are plentiful shelves in the closet to store any folded clothing as well. You will love your private deck to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of Boone. There is a roku TV in your suite! Feel free to sign into your own streaming services; streaming services and cable not included. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and keurig coffee machine in the suite for you to use! If you need to do some light cooking in the full kitchen upstairs I can usually accommodate that but please ask prior. The upstairs living room is not included in the rental.

*****Please note: the downstairs suite does NOT have a door. There is a curtain for privacy (see picture in the listing). There are no other guests in the cabin, but I live on the premises full time. I will NOT go downstairs during your stay. Your privacy and comfort are taken very seriously.*****

You are more than welcome to come and go through the front door of the house, or use the private entrance through the back yard. Please be aware that to access the private entrance you need to walk down a gentle grassy incline. If you have mobility issues and wish to only use the private entrance, this listing may not be the best choice for you.
