This large, bright and cozy flat offers a beautiful view. It’s located only 15 minutes walk from the city center and the neighborhood is quite and well serviced. Great position also to visit Venice
(even by train) and Friuli as well as to go hiking.

The flat is large, clean and bright with a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. It’s on the upper floor of a four-storey condo with lift. It’s surrounded by a big garden and an open air parking area. The living room is large and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, oven, dish-washer, blender, toaster), with a big variety of teas and infusions. There are 2 bathrooms, the bigger one with a bath tub and a small one with a shower. WiFi is also available for free. There is also a balcony with a beautiful view on our mountains and smoking area.

The guests can enjoy their private room and bathroom, as well as use the common space. They can also use the washing machine and the parking area is for free.

The neighborhood is quiet and silent, pretty close to the city center and easy to reach on foot (15 min.) or by bicycle (5 min). There is also a supermarket around the corner, and you can find a bar, a news dealer, a small food market, a really good pizza take away, the hospital, a pharmacy, a post office, a laundry shop, a beautiful public garden and one of the best confectioner’s and ice-cream shop of the city within a few minutes.

I love travelling, knowing others cultures and meeting new people. It’s always an enriching experience. I like listening to music, going to concerts and reading good books. I love the mountains, going camping and enjoying a fire under the stars. I like to spend my time in the open air in the nature. I like riding my bike. I spent the last two years in Mexico for a voluntary service with children. I’m currently teaching yoga to kids, mothers and families. I try to lead a healthy life by respecting my body, others and our beautiful world. I’m vegetarian and I like to try new recipes. Amo viaggiare, conoscere altre culture e incontrare gente sempre nuova. E' sempre arricchente. Adoro ascoltare musica e andare ai concerti. Mi piace leggere un buon libro. Amo la montagna, accampare e passare le serate attorno al fuoco. Mi piace passare il tempo all'aria aperta in mezzo alla natura. Mi piace andare in bici. Ho trascorso gli ultimi 2 anni in Messico per un'esperienza di volontariato. Attualmente insegno yoga ai bambini e alle mamme. Cerco di mantenere uno stile di vita sano in rispetto del mio corpo, degli altri e del mondo in cui viviamo. Sono vegetariana e mi piace scoprire ricette sempre nuove.
