From the outside, our building looks like a single family home, but it is actually an apartment building with multiple units. The apartment you will be staying in is a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment is completely self contained (does not share any space or entryway with any other units). We can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests in this apartment.
My favorite thing about this apartment is its close proximity to all of the cute independent shops and nightlife that the Virginia Highlands is so well known for.
Please be aware our apartments are in historic buildings 100+ years old. This gives them unique character but also some wear and tear. Please also be aware that we replace furniture and bedding from time to time so the apartment may not contain the exact furniture pictured. You can expect the same size bed(s) depicted and same general layout / amount of seating.

You will have full access to the apartment. The unit is furnished with the following amenities:
-Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots/pans, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker)
-Blow dryer
-Towels
-Shampoo/conditioner/body wash
-Hangers
-Iron and tabletop ironing board
We do provide a washer and dryer in a common area of the building which is shared with other guests. This laundry area is available for guest use from 8 am to 11 am and 3 pm to 10 pm.

The Virginia Highlands is one of the few neighborhoods in Atlanta that has retained its historic quality and charm amidst the heavy redevelopment of the city. The area features many independently operated shops, restaurants, bars, and a renaissance of culture.
