Located in one of the best, quiet streets in Perth, comes this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, located on the fifth floor of a quiet residential complex with pool.

Light and bright apartment, with wrap around balcony gives you beautiful street views of the plane trees that line the main street and glimpses of Claisebrook Cove.

Perfect location to restaurants, cafes, public transport, Swan River, IGA for groceries, parks, bike trails - plus plenty more!

Please see below for a breakdown of what this apartment has to offer:

- Secured complex, quiet location and walking access from the ground floor out to Claisebrook Cove behind the complex.

- Easy access with a lockbox onsite. You will have access to a fob to access the complex and lift through the secured doors and a gate remote to park your car in the basement carpark.

- Well maintained complex with BBQ area & plunge pool - currently (as of December 2020) out of action due to repairs. We will update our listing when it is open for guests to use.

- 1 x secured carbay.

- Apartment located on the 5th floor with easy access via a lift. Corner apartment too so quiet and private.

- Apartment has it's own double entrance (first entrance is shared with the neighbouring apartment and communal laundry) and then access into your apartment.

- 1 bedroom, complete with queen bed, two beside tables both with lamps, dresser with drawers and double mirrored robe.

- 1 bathroom, complete with shower, toilet, large mirror, sink & vanity.

- Combined TV, dining & kitchen.

- Double sofa bed to the TV area and large TV.

- Dining area next to the kitchen for easy access.

- Kitchen comes stocked & equipped with electric cooktop, oven, fridge & dishwasher.

- Communal laundry to be shared with the next door apartment. You will have access to a dryer and washing machine and sink area.

- To the TV, dining & kitchen areas, you will find 3 sliding doors which gives you access to the wrap around balcony which overlooks the main street and glimpses of Claisebrook Cove to the rear of the apartment complex.

- We provide hotel linen & towels!

- If you have an extra car, there is street parking that is metered and nearby car parks also.

- LIFT: Please be advised that the work program for the replacement of Lifts 2 & 4 will commence on Monday, 11th January 2021. Both of these lifts will be out of use during the replacement which is scheduled to be completed by 16th March 2021. There is a staircase from the ground floor basement to reach your apartment during this period of replacement.
