The bedroom has a cal king bed, own closet. AC/ heating available.The bathroom right outside the door. the bathroom will only be used by the guests during the stay. the guest may use the stove/ mini refrigerator/washer/dryer. must clean after use. Accept only females. NO ALLOWED: Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, illegal drugs, prostitution

Clean, moderately quiet. walls are thin, so there might be some noise heard from outside. In the bedroom, there's a California king (Beautyrest with plush pillow top) with 2 standard pillows, a piano and a treadmill. a desk chair which has the back rest lose (do not recline on it). in the closet, there's is a dining room table (in the walking closet, I have stored items that must be NOT accessed). the bathroom is very spacious and has a stand to put items on it. During cold weather, I have many plants in this bathroom.

Must be dog friendly. No shoes indoors. FEMALES preferred. might consider couples for an additional charge.
